This page is a placeholder for me to store information about my investment in oil exploration and producers. I intend to invest in small oil company shares to take advantage of peak oil and the lack of supply (& increased demand from China) for more info read this excellent post.

Its also worth reading IronPryites post on when to sell an O&G company which is another essential read.  Another excellent KoD post explaining how to value Soco (and links to davjo’s posts detailing prices to use),

A usefull page with lots of terms explained is here, and a this page all about oil rigs and shows crude oil composition. This page explains the term basement which repeatedly crops up.
